Since the opening of the restaurant Au Chasseur in Fribourg in August 2024, our agency has been supporting PP Clément, Dany, and Patrick Ferreira with the communication of this unique venue. At the front, a lively dining area surrounds the bar, where people come to share tapas, have a drink, or discover an accessible and punchy weekly menu at lunchtime (Wednesday to Friday). In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more festive, driven by creative drinks and shareable dishes that change with the seasons.

At the back, a more intimate gastronomic table welcomes curious guests in a different way: a 3- or 4-course business lunch at midday, and in the evening, a Chef’s menu with 4 or 5 courses to explore PP’s culinary universe. A 3-course version is also offered on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for a more focused approach. The cuisine at Au Chasseur does not aim to impress. It aims to be right. Accessible, discerning, sincere. And this is exactly the direction we followed in building its communication.

Our mission: make Au Chasseur known without ever betraying its mission. Show the richness of the place without embellishing it. Highlight the cuisine, the experience, and the team while keeping a human, authentic tone.

To achieve this, we implemented a simple and effective setup: four shoots per year, conducted in immersion. A differentiated artistic direction between the “front” atmosphere — spontaneous, lively, more festive — and the “back” area — natural, precise, focused on the plates. Content is designed for social media: short formats, Reels, POV, ASMR. Nothing is staged. Everything is captured naturally.

The texts? They come directly from PP Clément himself, who manages his accounts. No agency language, no slogans. Just a direct, sincere voice, reflecting the character of the place. At the same time, we have created booking campaigns ready to activate according to the highlights of the year. The rest of the time, the team manages things. Our role is clear: bring value, not overload.

Since opening, the results speak for themselves. A full restaurant almost every day. Strongly growing digital traffic. And a loyal, local, engaged community.
