Since the first quarter of 2024, we have been in charge of the entirety of Vaudoise Assurances social media communication. With multiple objectives, platforms, content types, and formats, we mobilize all the agency’s professions to provide a high level of service.
Consistency of Messages and Adaptation to Digital Platforms
Like any major insurance group, Vaudoise Insurances has developed a brand identity that is translated across various communication channels, including TV and billboard campaigns. Our first objective was to integrate the power of this identity and then to offer a digital version that aligns with the values of Vaudoise Insurances and meets the expectations of users on different platforms.
“You inspire us.” This strong signature represents the thread connecting the brand with its clientele; it was only natural that we worked hand in hand to create an Instagram concept that highlights the clients and their close relationship with their agencies. A total of 24 video contents were produced in 2024, in French and German, across the whole of Switzerland. These contents were viewed by an average of 1.6 million people and generated an exceptionally high engagement rate of over 33%.
At the same time, the desire to develop the employer brand allowed us to create a LinkedIn concept this time highlighting the employees, focusing on showcasing their passions, pursued alongside their professional careers. Here again, our teams traveled across Switzerland to meet them. Our videographers and photographers managed to perfectly capture these encounters; the produced contents generated a record engagement rate on LinkedIn of over 20%.
Adapting to Younger Generations
Our mission also includes proposing an innovative approach and targeting the customers of tomorrow, who prefer lighter content but are still keen on good deals. After weeks of intense work, our teams, in collaboration with Vaudoise Insurances, released the very first web series, in French and German, broadcasted on TikTok and Instagram, under the name “Bad Vibes“. A success on all levels: 21 million views and already more than 3000 followers!
