Communication That Reflects Their Image

The Sarine District Health Network plays a crucial role in supporting and managing patient care. It offers a wide range of services, including a Medicalized Home with a day center, home care services, a firefighter battalion, ambulance services, and a commission dedicated to managing lump-sum compensation for caregivers.

In the summer of 2024, our agency was tasked with thoroughly revising the visual identity as well as their digital presence on the website and social media. The goal? To make their service offerings more comprehensible to the population of Sarine and to propose more engaging, immersive, and reality-driven communication.

The Foundations

Our work began with a graphic redesign of the network’s identity. We developed a bold and distinctive visual element: a network path and a series of icons that integrate into all communication, including on social media. The aim was to create an easily recognizable and coherent identity.

In collaboration with our partners at UTY3, we created and implemented a completely redesigned website to improve the understanding of the services of the Sarine Health Network. The overly administrative and political aspects have been scaled back in favor of an intuitive, accessible site focused on the population’s necessities. The smooth navigation allows everyone to quickly understand the available services, career opportunities, and useful resources.

The Content

We explored each segment of the network: from firefighters to ambulance services, including home care and the Medicalized Home. We also followed auxiliaries from the Red Cross and nursing assistants in their daily work. Moving away from standardized visuals and Adobe Stock images, we produced short video clips and an immersive photo report highlighting the authenticity of the services and the well-being of the patients.

All of this was conceived with a social media communication framework, with immersive and engaging content to highlight the actors of the network and the services they offer daily. The goal? To showcase the quality of care and the genuine well-being of patients — without gimmicks or embellishment.

We transformed institutional communication into a human and immersive experience. A mission that is close to our hearts and fully reflects our commitment to authentic, impactful content.
